Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at Cognizant, located in Noida or Hyderabad. This role requires working US shifts from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM, five days a week in the office.
The ideal candidate will analyze learning needs, create and optimize training materials, and develop engaging multimedia content. Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, and advanced Microsoft Suite is essential.
