Job Description
Cognizant is seeking a General Manager for Business Solutions to independently manage the Quality function across multiple projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring quality across ongoing projects while overseeing people management and staffing performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, an analytical approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of technology products and the online maps domain. Excellent communication skills and at least 5 years of direct customer interaction are essential.
Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment, adhere strictly to deadlines, and be willing to work a shift-based schedule.
