Job Description
Coldwell Banker Value Add Realty seeks a full-time, in-person Executive Assistant (female preferred). Candidates must be 12th pass or graduates, fluent in Kannada and English, and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include outbound calls, lead follow-up, property visits, scheduling, administrative support, CRM management, and acting as a client-management liaison.
- Required skills: strong communication and negotiation, MS Office proficiency, excellent organizational ability, capacity to work independently and meet targets, and willingness to travel.
