Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing patient flow and performing essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and address inquiries professionally.
• Manage patient scheduling and oversee check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle billing responsibilities and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
