Job Description
Cosmic IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Document Verification Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will verify documents received from client coordinators and address any queries related to these documents. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and building rapport with clients over the phone.
Requirements:
– Freshers are encouraged to apply
– Age limit: Up to 28 years
– Must speak Hindi; English is preferred
– Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
– Excellent communication skills
– Customer-focused attitude
– Immediate joiners preferred
