Job Description
Cosmic IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Process Associate to join our team. You will follow up with customers via email and chat, addressing inquiries and complaints efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Requirements: Fresher candidates preferred, age limit up to 28, proficiency in Hindi (English preferred), and minimum qualification of 12th pass. Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Salary: ₹9,812.90 to ₹40,179.09 per month. Shifts: day, evening, morning, and night. Work Location: In person.
