Job Description
Cosmosoft Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented General Assistant to support our administrative operations. The role involves:
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring availability of meeting rooms.
- Maintaining communication systems for clients and taking meeting notes.
- Handling documents including faxing, mailing, copying, and filing.
- Managing office supplies purchases.
- Receiving and distributing packages.
