Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Process Executive to join our Kochi office. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree, demonstrate strong English communication skills, and have basic computer proficiency.
In this role, you will professionally address customer inquiries, provide detailed information about our products and services, and assess client needs through meaningful interactions. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating our CRM system with current client information. Additionally, preparing tailored quotations for prospective clients will be an essential part of your duties.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹16,00 – ₹18,00 per month
