Job Description
We seek a Payments Reconciliation Specialist to reconcile daily payment transactions, identify and resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate ledger records. The role involves investigating variances with banks and payment gateways, posting adjustments, and preparing timely reconciliation reports. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of payments or finance experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines are required.
