Job Description
Credence Global Solutions is seeking a Quality Executive for Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 1 year of quality assurance experience. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with AR procedures, conducting audits, identifying trends in denials, and effective communication with management on errors and improvement areas. Strong multitasking, good verbal and written communication skills, and basic knowledge of MS Office are essential. Familiarity with the overall RCM lifecycle is preferred.
