Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Team Leader – RPC

Position Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of documents at Regional Processing Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify KYC documents for member enrollment as per policy.
  • Update quality-checking statuses in the internal portal.
  • Coordinate with branches on cases that are on-hold or rejected.
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly MIS reports.
  • Ensure adherence to client enrollment standards and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in document verification.
  • Graduate/post-graduate with strong communication skills.
