Reporting To: Team Leader – RPC
Position Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of documents at Regional Processing Centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify KYC documents for member enrollment as per policy.
- Update quality-checking statuses in the internal portal.
- Coordinate with branches on cases that are on-hold or rejected.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to client enrollment standards and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in document verification.
- Graduate/post-graduate with strong communication skills.
