Job Description

Credvent is looking for a dynamic and motivated Voice Process Executive fluent in Telugu or Kannada to enhance our customer support team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring exceptional service and resolving customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone in Telugu or Kannada.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
