CRUTZ LEELA ENTERPRISES is looking for an experienced Clinical Data Improvement Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a CPC certification and have at least 5 years of experience in outpatient coding, including E&M, SDS/ASC, and HCC. A strong understanding of risk adjustment and proficiency in Hierarchical Condition Category coding is essential. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the accuracy and completeness of medical documentation within outpatient environments to support high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include performing retrospective medical record reviews and ensuring precise coding and billing.
