Join Della Group as a Housekeeping Executive. You will oversee housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, supervising cleaning duties, scheduling staff, training new hires, and distributing supplies.
Job Expectations:
Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and previous management experience with teams of 50+. A solid understanding of housekeeping processes is essential.
Minimum Qualification:
A degree/diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
Minimum Experience:
5-6 years of experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
