Job Description
DHL is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Customer Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the pickup process as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring timely pickups at customer locations according to cut-off times.
Your responsibilities will include verifying serviceable locations, counting shipments, and obtaining acknowledgments on pickup sheets. You will also be tasked with inspecting shipments, managing rapid entry, sorting, and bagging processes, as well as loading canvas bags into vehicles for timely connections.
