Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and responsible Territory Service Representatives (Bikers) to enhance our team at DHL. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Unload bags from the delivery vehicle
- Scan shipments for tracking purposes
- Sort shipments for efficient delivery
- Deliver packages to designated addresses
- Obtain customer signatures using a handheld device
- Update shipment status codes
- Maintain a professional appearance and carry field bags during deliveries
Pickup Responsibilities:
- Perform pickups following established procedures
- Conduct timely pickups at customer locations
- Count shipments and manage acknowledgment documentation
