Job Description
DikshaTek is seeking a dedicated APAC IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1 to 4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Key requirements include familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), strong sourcing techniques, and a good understanding of programming languages and IT terminologies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
This is a full-time role with a monthly salary of ₹17,00.00 – ₹48,364.98, plus benefits.
