Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fixture Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team at Dimension in Pune. The salary budget for this position ranges from ₹30,00 to ₹32,00 per month.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Performing fixture maintenance activities
- Applying design knowledge for fixtures
- Utilizing MIG & ARC welding skills for modifications
- Installing new fixtures
- Implementing Kaizen, error-proofing, and Poka-yoke improvements
- Managing spare parts
- Understanding jig standards, scanning dimensions, and calibration
- Ensuring zero downtime through preventive maintenance planning
Schedule: Rotational shifts. Benefits include a Provident Fund and performance bonuses.
Requirements

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
