Job Description
Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital is looking for a committed Patient Counselor to become part of our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in academic, individual, group, and clinical counseling, demonstrating a strong dedication to patient care.
Your role will involve providing patient counseling based on physicians’ reports, coordinating with consultants for surgical procedures, and clearly explaining treatment protocols and associated costs. Additionally, you will maintain daily reports and ensure consistent follow-up with patients throughout their treatment journey. Familiarity with TPA and insurance processes is an advantage.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹25,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
