Job Description
Dream World Tours is actively looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Airline Ticketing Executive to join our team in Puna, Maharashtra. This pivotal role involves managing airline bookings, cancellations, and delivering exceptional customer service for both domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate ticket sales, bookings, and re-bookings.
- Coordinate confirmations and schedule adjustments with airlines.
- Manage refunds and the reissuance of tickets.
- Provide accurate and timely travel information to clients.
Desired Skills: Strong communication skills, knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is a plus, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a degree and ideally 0–2 years of experience.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, with additional benefits.
