Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and committed Store In-Charge to manage the inventory and supply of food ingredients, beverages, and essential items for our restaurant. This role involves overseeing inventory control, ensuring timely stock replenishment, and maintaining a seamless flow of supplies to support kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize all incoming supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with kitchen staff for purchase coordination.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Qualifications: A minimum of a 12th-grade education; a degree in Hotel Management is preferred, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
