Job Description

DrinkPrime is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Success team. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing timely, accurate, and compassionate support through digital channels. While experience with Freshchat or similar platforms is a plus, a strong commitment to excellent service is paramount.

Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries through live chat, assess and understand customer needs, uphold communication standards, escalate complex issues as necessary, and maintain precise record-keeping.

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year in chat-based customer support, proficiency with chat tools, exceptional writing skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and professionalism. Availability for rotational shifts is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,00.00 – ₹350,00.00 annually
