Job Description
Eaton is seeking a committed Apprentice IT professional to assist in delivering Microsoft 365 services and application support. In this role, you will analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues while ensuring compliance with Eaton’s IT security policies. Your duties will include supporting and maintaining applications such as Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams, in line with established service level agreements for incident resolution.
Your responsibilities will encompass providing user support, enhancing Microsoft 365 cloud services, and documenting processes for effective knowledge sharing. A Bachelor’s Degree along with 0 to 2 years of IT experience is required. Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
