Job Description
Zupl, a rapidly growing division of Eazr, is looking to enhance its operations in Dubai by hiring a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with exceptional administrative and communication skills to effectively support the CEO in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare documentation and presentations using Microsoft Workspace.
- Arrange travel accommodations including flights and hotels.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and manage email correspondence.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹40,00 per month | Schedule: Day shift | Location: In-person.
