Job Description
Location: Kandivali West
Company: Ecolux Enterprises
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year in customer care, client servicing, or back-office coordination
Working Days: 6 days per week; Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients regarding payments
- Create invoices using Tally
- Coordinate client updates and manage documentation
- Maintain comprehensive client records and payment trackers
- Handle inbound and outbound communication
- Foster strong client relationships
- Support the sales and operations team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Tally
- Detail-oriented and proactive; female candidates preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
