We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team at EduRun Virtuoso Services Pvt Ltd. The role involves answering inbound customer calls, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will document interactions and provide feedback on recurring issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
