Job Description
Position: AVP of Operations

Location: Jaipur
CTC: ₹24-28 Lacs per annum
Education: Must possess Architecture & B.Tech (Civil) with an MBA.
Experience: 8-14 years in P&L handling and General Operations preferred.
Responsibilities include hiring and coaching teams, monitoring cash flows and ROI, ensuring ethical operations, maintaining local relationships, and understanding project environments.
