Elfonze Technologies is seeking an experienced L2 Support professional to join our dynamic IT Services team in Pune and Gurgaon, Maharashtra. This full-time position was opened on January 17, 2025.

Responsibilities include incident management, system troubleshooting, ticket updates, coordination with third parties and the development team, patch deployment, and user access management.
