Job Description
Elite Services India is currently seeking qualified candidates for two available Underwriter positions. Ideal applicants will have a robust understanding of mortgage processes and associated responsibilities.
Position Details:
- Non-Voice Role
- Working Hours: 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM (U.S. Market)
- Open to Applicants from Other Locations
Key Qualifications:
- Knowledge of collection accounts and mortgage payment defaults
- Understanding waiting periods for all bankruptcy chapters
- Familiarity with IRA income qualifications and condo questionnaires
- Expertise in appraisal zoning and various appraisal approaches
- Proficiency in liquidity ratio calculations
- Aware of solar lien implications at closing
