Job Description
Emcor Impex India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 6 to 10 years of experience. Candidates should have a certification in quantity surveying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs and estimates.
- Prepare tender and contract documents.
- Identify commercial risks and assign subcontractor work.
- Value completed work and ensure payments are processed.
- Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.
Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai | Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,976.79 – ₹40,00.00 per month
