Job Description
Enbridge International Training Campus, located in Kochi, is on the lookout for committed Call Centre Executives to enhance our dynamic team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- Promptly address inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Maintain and update account information as well as call records.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift, in-person work location.
