Job Description
Encipher Health Private Limited is excited to announce an opening for a certified HCC medical coder with over 2 years of experience. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in medical coding practices.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review medical records and accurately assign ICD-10-CM codes.
- Maintain a coding accuracy rate of 95% or higher and adhere to compliance standards.
- Meet service level agreement (SLA) requirements for our clients.
- Stay informed about the latest coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications: Possession of relevant certification (CPC, CRC) and a solid background in HCC coding are required.
