Job Description
We are looking for a Process Trainer who will be accountable for understanding our products deeply alongside product managers, revisiting existing training content, and creating new training materials as needed. You will be responsible for developing a training evaluation framework and establishing a quarterly training plan across products. Additionally, you will train the Customer Experience team based on the training plan and conduct refresher trainings.
Key requirements include a minimum of 2 years of training experience, preferably in Fintech. The ideal candidate should be a team player, with a customer-oriented mindset, and familiarity with training tools is a plus.
