Job Description
Equify Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Reservation Executive to manage bookings via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accurate entry into the PMS and channel managers. The role includes handling modifications and special requests, coordinating with Front Office and Sales, maintaining guest records, and supporting reporting.
The incumbent will focus on revenue maximization through upselling and yield management while delivering professional booking-related customer service.
- KPIs: booking conversion, guest booking satisfaction, occupancy, ADR, reservation accuracy, response timeliness, and sales target adherence.
- Requirement: prior hotel industry experience.
- Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹20,00–₹35,00/month. Work Location: In person.
