Job Description
Era Projects seeks a Finishing Supervisor to oversee plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, carpentry, and MEP finishing works on-site in Bahrain. The role enforces project specifications and quality standards, coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, monitors material consumption and labor productivity, conducts inspections and material testing, troubleshoots technical issues, records progress, and ensures timely rectification of defects.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience supervising finishing works
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety practices
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid GCC driving license
