Job Description:
- Oversee finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and carpentry.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor material use and labor productivity.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for timely material delivery.
- Resolve on-site technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and material usage.
- Implement quality control measures for high-quality finishes.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in construction finishing.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Valid GCC driving license.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹11,934.59 – ₹41,076.15/month
