Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, permanent, in-person Warranty In-Charge to manage warranty parts and related documentation. Key responsibilities include:
- Daily follow-up of warranty parts with the Zonal Office;
- Liaison with Head Office on warranty policies;
- Collection and dispatch of warranty parts;
- Updating and maintaining accurate records in the Dealer Management System.
Compensation ranges from ₹13,00–₹18,00 per month and includes health insurance and Provident Fund. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to ensure timely resolution of warranty matters.
