Job Description
Everest IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a committed Back Office Executive to join our team. In this position, you will oversee daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Your duties will include monitoring workflows and deadlines, collaborating with the Client Servicing departments, and identifying areas for improvement in operations.
You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tracking key performance metrics. Prompt resolution of operational challenges and providing support to team members will be crucial in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Open to Freshers
Salary: ₹18,586.85 – ₹41,144.05 per month
Work Location: In-person
