Job Description
Exaways Corporation is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Familiarity with ATS portals like CEIPAL and a strong understanding of technical terminology, visa statuses, and tax terms (C2C, C2H, W2, 1099) are essential.
The role includes managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing resumes from job portals and personal contacts. Excellent communication skills and willingness to work night shifts (USA time zone) are required.
This full-time, permanent position offers a monthly salary of ₹20,00 – ₹25,00, plus benefits.
