Job Description
We are seeking a Vendor Onboarding Associate to manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and timely activation. Responsibilities include collecting and validating vendor documentation, creating and maintaining profiles in vendor management systems, coordinating background checks and contract execution, communicating requirements to vendors and internal teams, and tracking onboarding KPIs to drive timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications (preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years’ experience in procurement or vendor management
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with MS Office and vendor platforms; familiarity with compliance and contracting processes
