Job Description
Expressions Learning Resources Private Limited is seeking qualified female candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in loan processing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proficient in software systems such as Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of education loans, personal loans, or other loan processing.
- Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge in loan sales and customer service.
- Coordinating with educational institutions to generate revenue.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and internal stakeholders.
