Job Description
Join Ez4 Technologies LLC as a Bench Sales Recruiter! In this role, you will market our Bench Consultants’ resumes to tier 1 vendors and clients, develop new contacts, and understand required skillsets for effective submissions. Daily communication with consultants regarding submissions and interviews is essential, along with arranging interviews and following up throughout the hiring process.
Proficiency in job boards such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience with H1B, OPT/CPT, and other employment visas is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹300,00.00 – ₹1,500,00.00 per year
