Job Description
Finecons Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed Level 1 Technician Support professional. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in email configuration, O365 Full Suite installation, and technical troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include the installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), antivirus software, and MS Office, as well as diagnosing and resolving hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and additional devices.
The role also requires effective management of customer inquiries and resolving technical issues via phone, chat, and email.
