Job Description
Finecons Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a committed IT Desktop Support professional to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring emails, installing and troubleshooting Office 365 and Windows operating systems, and providing hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and more. This role involves collaborating with the Technical Support team to effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve software and technical issues via phone, chat, and email.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, paid sick leave, paid time off, and a provident fund.
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday. Work location: In-person.
