Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate with a thorough understanding of our products. This role requires strict adherence to our sales script to ensure accurate information is conveyed to customers.
You will communicate with customers via email and phone, actively follow up on prospects, and manage order placements accurately. An essential responsibility is tracking customer order refusals and understanding the reasons behind them.
Staying updated on competitor pricing and offerings is crucial. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹18,00 – ₹20,00 per month
