Job Description
FRESH CATCH BY FRANCIS is seeking a well-groomed Restaurant Captain to uphold Silver Spoon service standards. The successful candidate will deliver professional guest relations, accurately take orders, supervise stewards, and ensure smooth, timely service in a fast-paced, in-person setting. Freshers with relevant training are welcome; prior fine-dining or silver-service exposure is preferred.
