Job Description
Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication skills? Fulcrum Resources is seeking a Telecaller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services using provided scripts. You will answer questions, understand customer requirements, and work towards closing sales.
Your duties will include directing prospects to the field sales team, updating customer information in our database, processing orders accurately, and managing customer grievances to uphold our company’s reputation. Keeping detailed records of calls and sales is crucial for success in this role.
