We seek a trained MST to coordinate daily manpower recruitment and deployment across sites including office buildings, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories. The role requires overseeing day-to-day hiring, reporting to supervisors, enforcing company policies, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Operate and monitor security systems; control access for people, vehicles, and materials
- Conduct foot patrols and parking area inspections; prepare incident reports
