Genesis Head Hunters is actively looking for a seasoned Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations, which encompass corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, and budget preparation. This role requires managing financial control activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and developing robust internal control policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise financial control activities across various cost centers.
• Provide assistance to external auditors.
• Establish and enforce company policies.
• Manage cash flow requirements and prepare management reports.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified with 10-12 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and strong leadership capabilities.

Compensation: ₹2,00,00.00 – ₹2,400,00.00 annually, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
