Job Description

Genix Resources Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking qualified individuals for the role of Executive Floor Incharge within our garment manufacturing facility in Budge Budge (Maheshtala). This position demands a minimum of 10 years of experience in the textile and garment industry.
Compensation: Up to 5.5 LPA (based on last in-hand salary) + PF
Education: 12th Grade or Graduate
Primary Responsibilities: Oversee all production operations, manage workforce, monitor production efficiency, uphold quality standards, and tackle operational issues.
